ABOUT US

We're a small family business in Toyako, a rural village nestled by the shores of Lake Toya. After decades of living in many different places around the world, we feel blessed to have found this community in the Japanese countryside. Our children get to play on long stretches of beach, surrounded by mountain ridges and the whispers of ancient wisdom. Even with the frigid winters, the people are always warm, and neighbours go out of their way to help each other.

We know what it's like to come here from elsewhere, and to navigate all of the exciting yet sometimes tedious work that comes with owning property in Japan. We're committed to helping our clients from around the world enjoy the wonderful opportunities in Lake Toya, whilst upholding social and environmental ethics, and maintaining the soul of this beautiful community.
